Being hydrated during a light or strenuous workout is essential. The best way to ensure that you are properly hydrated is to drink plenty of fluids before, during, and after the workout. 

Drinking water is always the best option to stay hydrated, but avoid caffeine and alcohol, as they can dehydrate your body. And in case of an outdoor workout in a hot environment, drink more fluids to avoid heat exhaustion.

Drink plenty of fluids before you start exercising

Take breaks as needed during workouts, and don’t push yourself too hard

It is important to take breaks during workouts and to stay hydrated. This is because pushing yourself too hard can make your body produce more heat, and you can get dehydrated quickly. And this might cause cramps, dizziness, and other problems due to dehydration. 

Listen to your body and pay attention to the signs of dehydration, such as thirst, fatigue, or lightheadedness.
